Flyer technology and a spinning head turn this model into a very productive alternative for thin wire spools (AWG 28 to 41), which makes it perfect for spools with many or few turns. The operator just unloads produced coils and loads the empty spools.

This equipment is ideal for companies requiring a quick setup and medium to large-scale production.

• Drag-and-drop programming has many features for the execution of complex coils, as: coils with taps, with variable geometry, separated by sections or with insulated layers. It also permits double or triple wire coil winding.
• Programs can be stored locally or in a file server compatible with Windows share or SMB.
• Remote access via the internet for diagnosis and software and firmware updates.
• Spool speed, acceleration and geometry can be altered during operation
