Product Description

HV, LV or HV+LV coil winding machines for coils with multiple wires. These coil winders have a tailstock with spindle synchronized motor to avoid torsion of the product. A heavy duty equipment with state-of-the-art control designed to allow customers a continuous production of complex or simple coils.

• CNC command controls main axis (spindle) and guide axis;
• Drag-and-drop programming has many features for the execution of complex coils, as: coils with taps, with variable geometry, separated by sections or with insulated layers. It also permits double, triple or more wire coil winding.
• Programs can be stored locally or in a file server compatible with Windows share or SMB.
• Remote access via the internet for diagnosis and software and firmware updates.
